It kept slipping around the whole time and was super uncomfortable lol. I really wanted it to work, but it just didn’t stay in place for me.

The Bluetooth connection is generally quick, which I definitely appreciate. It has only dropped once or twice in my experience, so while it’s not completely flawless, it’s still been easy enough to use overall. Nothing too fancy to complain about, just a solid and convenient setup for everyday use.

I got perifit after having my baby because I was really hoping it would help with my recovery, but it ended up stressing me out more than helping. The app kept telling me things that didn’t line up with how my body actually felt, which made me second-guess myself. When I reached out, the replies were generic and it felt like nobody really took ownership or tried to understand what was going on. For something that costs this much, I expected more guidance and support. I gave it a few weeks, but eventually just stopped using it

I’ve been using Perifit for a few weeks now, i do feel like my pelvic floor is getting stronger. The app is simple to use, which helps, although the connection can be a little frustrating sometimes. For me, the biggest thing is that it makes the exercises feel more doable and less like another chore I’ll forget about. I’m sure I wouldn’t be nearly as consistent without it.

Overall, my experience has been a little hit or miss. Some parts work fine, but I really wish the data settings were easier to understand. I had to poke around more than expected just to figure out what everything meant.

I mostly remember liking the concept and the exercises being easy to follow, which is probably why I kept giving it another try. That said, the app does lose connection here and there, and I’d forget what progress I’d made because the tracking felt a bit confusing. It’s not bad at all, just needs a few fixes before it really feels worth sticking with.

Overall, I’m happy with it. The device and case both feel sturdy and well-made, not like cheap plastic at all. My brother even commented that it feels more solid than he expected. The only thing I’d change is the finish around the edges, which could be a bit smoother. Still a good buy in my opinion, 4 stars from me.

The cable connects easily, charges fast, and the battery lasts longer than I thought it would. Actually, you know what, I’m kind of impressed. I asked for a refund after realizing it just wasn’t for me, i didn’t expect it to become such a hassle. The whole process has dragged on way longer than it should have, with support sending these short, vague replies that don’t really answer anything.

At this point, I don’t really trust that customer service is being straight with me, and I still don’t have a clear answer on when I’m getting my money back. Really frustrating, and I wish I’d checked reviews before ordering.

The whole routine felt boring and repetitive, like the same old drill over and over. Maybe it clicks for some people, but for me, Captain Motivation here didn’t do much. I didn’t feel pushed to keep going, so yeah, not worth it for me
